Over this time, he realised that all of the big companies care too little about the customer, viewing them more as numbers than people. This drove Neil to create his own company, London Tile Shop, where every order is personalised to our customers needs.

Bought the wrong size? No problem, just send them back to us and we will send you the right ones as soon as possible. Changed your mind? Don’t worry! We can send out new tiles for you easily, no hassle. Broken tiles? That’s fine, we can send you new ones right away. (For our returns policy please look here)

Something unique to us as a company is our ‘Ask the Expert’ feature. Operated by our general manager Neil, this feature allows you to ask him any question you may have about tiles, bathrooms, ancillaries products etc. This feature cuts out waiting on a phone line for a simple answer, and gets you the answer you as soon as Neil is available. Unlike customer helplines, Neils 20 years of experience throughout the tile and bathroom industry will get you a quick and informative answer to your question.
Delivery and returns policy:
We work alongside one of the leading privately owned multi service transport organisations in the UK and can get your goods delivered straight to your door, even next day if possible (additional costs may apply)
We endeavor to get every delivery right, however sometimes human error plays a part, if your order is wrong we promise to rectify the problem straight away at our cost, and that’s a promise.
If you have ordered the wrong items or have changed your mind, don’t worry we will have them back and refund you the full amount providing it is within 14 days of receipt of the goods, the goods just need to be in the original packaging and in a resalable condition and unfortunately the transport cost will need to be covered by you.
The delivery drivers will assist with your goods the best they can, however we are only insured to deliver your goods to your home and we cannot enter your property as the delivery driver is not insured.
All deliveries to Scotland or Central London carry a £10 surcharge.
